First Snow.

So I pulled on my boots and tucked my purple pajamas in them. With just a baby T on, I wrapped myself in my Columbia coat and headed outside with my camera. Yes, it's seven am.

But we had our first snow.

I feel like a kid in the mid-winter mix. It's a mixture of sleet and snow and ice and rain, but it looks beautiful covering our backyard porch and swing.

It has regained its nostalgia for me. Beckoning candles glowing and blankets warming and brown bread baking.

When snow is a rarity, it's a special, blissful treat. So this morning, yes, even I, am taken in the beauty of the first snow.
